摘要
农村小水电多建在地势低洼的江河湖边,在遇河水暴涨时电站的发电机易被洪水浸没,致使电机短时间内无法发电.在处理此类发电机定子绕组绝缘时,采用短路干燥法是最简捷有效的干燥方法.就此对短路干燥法的原理、短路干燥法转子可调直流电流的获取及操作方法进行阐述,论述了干燥过程中的技术要求、安全措施、数据分析及注意事项.
Small rural hydropower plants are mostly built on the low-lying banks of rivers and lakes,the generators in power plants are easy to be submerged by flood when encountered with the surging of river water,which may result in the failure of power generation in a short time.When handling the insulation of such kind of generator stator winding,the short-circuit exsiccation method can be the most simple and effective method.The principles of short-circuit exsiccation method are introduced,as well as the methods of access to the adjustable DC current of rotors by virtue of the short-circuit exsiccation method and its operating methods,and some technical requirements,safety measures,data analysis and precautions during the exsiccation process are also illustrated.
