摘要
针对小型水利工程标准化管理中存在的人员素质参差不齐、专业知识和技能欠缺、培训效果欠佳等问题,从知识技能体系、培训组织和人员管理等方面进行探讨,认为急需建立系统的人员管理、培训体系,抓好队伍建设,把水利工程标准化管理职能落到实处.
Considering the varying quality of personnel,shortage of professional knowledge and skills,poor training results encountered in the standardized management for small water conservancy projects,this article carries out the exploration from perspectives of knowledge and skill system,training organization and personnel management,and then draws the conclusion that the top priority is to establish the systematic personnel management and training system,to build up a qualified team,and to put the management function into practice.
