摘要
立足于当前的碳税政策,对企业低碳城市配送的路径优化问题进行研究,以探寻碳税政策对路径规划的影响。首先从国内外研究现状和当前低碳政策出发,结合配送的时间窗约束,以配送总成本最小化为优化目标,分别构建了不考虑低碳因素的VRPTW模型和碳税政策下的VRPTW模型。然后采用遗传算法对所建模型进行算法设计,并运用MATLAB进行编程,以实现模型的求解。最后以A公司在B地区的实际订单和配送数据作为实验数据,分别对两个模型进行运算和对比分析。结果表明在进行城市配送路径规划时考虑碳税政策,可以有效降低碳排放,以较小的成本实现更大的社会效益,带来企业和社会的双赢。
Based on the current carbon tax policy,the paper studies the route optimization problem of low-carbon city distribution,in order to explore the impact of carbon tax policy on path planning. Firstly,starting from research status at home and abroad and also the current low carbon policy,combined with the constraints of the time window,setting minimizing the total distribution cost as the optimization goal,constructing both the VRPTW model without considering the low carbon factors and the VRPTW model considering tax policy. Then genetic algorithm is used to design the model,and MATLAB is used to program and solve the model. Finally,the actual orders and delivery data of A company in B area are taken as experimental data,and the two models are calculated and compared. The results show that taking the carbon tax policy into consideration when carrying out urban distribution route planning can effectively reduce carbon emissions and achieve greater social benefits with smaller costs,and bring both enterprises and society a win-win situation.
