网络化运营下仓储管理模式的研究

Research on Warehouse Management Mode under Network Operation

随着无锡地铁线路的网络化发展以及集团业务的逐步拓展,物资管理的需求全面开花,迫切需要在统一的领导和思路下管理整个集团的物资。文中对无锡地铁当前的现状和各分子公司的特点进行了分析,结合物资管理的目的,提出了两种集团化管理的方案,并从管理、沟通、服务对象上对方案的利弊进行了分析,最终给出了当前阶段下和未来线网逐渐成形下的管理建议,逐步适应网络化发展的时间进度。

with the network development of Wuxi metro line and the gradual expansion of group business,the demand for material management is blooming all the time. It is urgent to manage the material of the whole group under the unified leadership and thinking. In this paper the characteristics of the current situation of the Wuxi subway and subsidiaries are analyzed,with the purpose of materials management,puts forward two kinds of group management scheme,and from the management,communication,service object on the merits and demerits are analyzed,finally the current and future network gradually forming under management suggestions are given,and gradually adapt to the network development schedule.
