摘要
邮轮旅游的物资供应链管理是邮轮在运营过程中对所需物资筹划、采购、运输、领用、存储等行为进行计划、组织、控制及核算。以每条邮轮为核心,建立技术安全、物资供应、服务营销和成本核算四大体系。文中以我国自建的"南海之梦"号邮轮为模型,分析当前邮轮物资供应链的采购管理,并着重在采购流程、成本核算环节上提出相应的措施。
The chain management of material supply for a cruise is to plan,organize,control and accounts-check the materials,the purchase,the transportation,the consumption and the storage during a cruise. The four major systems of technical security,material supply,service marketing and cost accounting are established on each cruise line. The paper takes the selfbuilt"Dream of the south china sea"cruise liner as an example,and suggests some effective measures to manage the purchasing cycling as well as the cost accounting based on an elaborate analysis of management of supply chain on current cruise.
