摘要 根据3D打印云平台供应链结构、特点和运作模式以及打印资源和打印服务的特征,以国内外大量关于供应商指标体系,评价方法和订单分配的文献分析为基础,明确了云平台下3D打印行业供应商选择和订单分配的关键影响因素,包括打印价格和运输费用。运用运筹学相关研究方法,综合考虑供应商生产能力及打印成本,利用遗传算法检测待选供应商和最优解,根据打印总费用进行排序,选出最优供应商。最后进行了实例验证,为3D打印客户选择最优制造供应商提供了理论依据。 According to the characteristics of 3D supply chain structure,characteristics and mode of operation,as well as the characteristics of printing resources and printing services,based on document analysis of supplier index system,evaluation method and order distribution at home and abroad,the use of document analysis and field research Law,specify cloud platform under the 3D printing industry supplier selection and order distribution of key factors. By using the research methods of operational research methods,considering the supplier's production capacity and printing cost,the genetic algorithm is used to detect the candidate supplier and the optimal solution,and the optimal supplier is selected according to the distance. Finally,an example is given to provide the theoretical 3D printing cloud platform order distribution modelbasis for selecting the optimal manufacturing supplier for 3D printing customers.
