为适应经济新常态的要求,国家提出供给侧结构性改革,而经济领域的供给侧结构性改革需要高校培养相应的应用型人才,这给高校人才培养提出了更高的要求。创新创业人才培养为经济提质增效提供了人才保障,它不仅关乎高等教育综合改革的成败,而且已成为高等教育供给侧改革的核心问题。文中以物流人才培养为对象,探讨了创新创业型物流人才的动态培养过程,并指出了创新创业型物流人才培养路径。

In order to adapt to the requirements of the new normal economic,Thenational supply side structural reform is put forward,and the supply sidestructural reform in the field of economic requires universities totrain the corresponding applied talents,it put forward higher request to universities＇ talent cultivation. Innovative and entrepreneurial talent training provides talent guarantee forthe quality and efficiency of the economy. It is not just about the success of the comprehensive reform of higher education,and has become the core issue of higher education supply side reform. Based on the logistics talent training for the object in the paper,the dynamic training process of innovative and entrepreneurial logisticstalentis discussed,and points out thetraining path of innovative and entrepreneurial logistics talent.
