在创建优质高职院校的背景下,高质量的人才培养是职业院校发展的关键。但作为发展历史并不悠久的高职院校,在质量的提升上一直处于探索与改进中。文中从物流管理专业出发,结合在教学质量管理中的经验,从学生、企业、国家视角分析专业人才培养质量提升的必要性;从专业、课程、教师、学生四个层面探究专业人才培养质量提升的实施关键点;从事前、事中、事后提出专业人才培养质量提升的具体策略,为高职院校物流管理专业人才培养质量提升提供了可行的参考。

In the context of creating high-quality vocational colleges,high-quality personnel training is the key to the development of vocational colleges. But as a long history of development of vocational colleges,in the quality of the upgrade has been in the exploration and improvement. The author analyzes the necessity of improving the quality of professional talents from the perspective of students,enterprises and countries from the aspects of professional management,curriculum,teachers and students to explore the quality of professional personnel training. To improve the implementation of the key points; in the former,things,after the proposed professional training to enhance the quality of specific strategies for higher vocational colleges logistics management professionals to improve the quality of training to provide a viable reference.
