职业院校弘扬和传承工匠精神的主要途径

Main Means for Vocational Colleges to Promote and Inherit Craftsman Spirit

弘扬和传承工匠精神是国家经济发展宏观层面的迫切需要,是企业、职业院校及其学生个人发展微观层面的需要,是源于对我国优秀传统的敬畏。当前,为了弘扬工匠精神,应该对高职师生加强工匠精神教育,让师生都树立工匠精神理念,同时对高职学生进行严格的职业技能训练。

Promoting and inheriting craftsman spirit is an urgent need for China to realize macro-economic development, and also necessary for the development of enterprises, vocational colleges and students, which shows our awe to good traditions of Chinese nation. At present, the vocational colleges should strengthen education on teachers as well as students to promote craftsman spirit, so that they can have a sense of craftsman spirit. At the same time, vocational college students should be given strict vocational skills training.
