摘要
高职院校开展职工继续教育,不仅可以提升企业人力资本素质,推动产业结构加快升级,也是履行社会服务职能的重要途径。高职院校在开展企业职工继续教育的过程中,还存在结构不完善、实效性不高等问题,应采取共建校政企合作的职工继续教育长效机制,构建企业职工继续教育的立体化学习体系,加强继续教育的师资队伍建设,开发企业职工继续教育的项目与课程资源等多种策略。
By carrying out continuing education for enterprise staff, higher vocational colleges can help enterprises to improve their staff members5 qualities and accelerate the upgrading of industrial structure, which is also an important channel for higher vocational colleges to undertake their responsibility to serve the society. However, there still exist many problems in this process, such as imperfect education structure, unsatisfactory education effect, etc. The author suggests that the higher vocational colleges should cooperate with the enterprises and government to establish a long-term effective mechanism for continuing education on enterprise staff, construct an integrated learning system, strengthen the construction of teachers5 team for continuing education and also develop the projects as well as course resources for continuing education on enterprise staff.
