众所周知,邻小区对CDMA网络软切换和空闲切换等性能起着重要的作用,直接影响着网络的接入、掉话及通话质量等性能。同时,邻小区又与扇区的覆盖范围、搜索窗参数、切换门限等参数相互影响。邻小区在CDMA网络中是一个简单但数量很大的网络参数,本文结合一次全网的邻小区优化,简要介绍邻小区优化的思路和方法。

It is well known that neighbor-lists play an important role in the performance of CDMA network such as soft-handoff and idle-handoff, and directly affect the performance of network access, call drop and call quality. At the same time, the neighbor-lists and the sector coverage, search window parameters, switching threshold and other parameters affect each other. The neighbor-lists is a simple but large number of network parameters in the CDMA network. In this paper, the optimization method and method of neigh- borhood optimization were briefly introduced in combination with the optimization of the neighborhood of a whole network.
