摘要
抽水蓄能电站设计水头1 012m,为保证钢岔管后期在电站的安全运行,在钢岔管水压实验中,采用声发射实时监控技术监测焊缝表面、内部缺陷及岔管管壁缺陷产生的声发射信号,分析在升压和保压过程中的声发射信号特征及来源。结合定位图确定声发射定位源的部位并对声发射活性进行评价,确定可能需要复检的强活性区域。实验结果表明,钢岔管各项相关指标均符合设计的预期要求。
Design head of pumped storage power station 1 012m, in order to ensure the safe operation of steel bifurcated pipe in power station, in the hydraulic pressure test of steel bifurcated pipe, acoustic emis- sion real-timemonitoring technology is used to monitor the acoustic emission signal produced by the weld surface, internaldefects and the defect of the pipe wall. Combined with location map and determine the lo- cation of acoustic emission source and evaluate the AE activity. Determine strong activity areas that may re- quire reinspection. Experimental results show that the relevant indexes of steel bifurcated pipe meet the design requirements.
