摘要
福州市M县受强台风影响,电网遭受重创。本文对电网灾情作出评估,分阶段对不同电压等级电网的网架设备恢复重建方案进行构想,并对重建投资进行初步估算,对预期目标及成效进行设定,力求为电网灾后重建工作提供有益参考。
Fuzhou M county is affected by strong typhoon, and the power grid is seriously damaged. The di- saster situation of power grid is evaluated, and the scheme of restoration and reconstruction of grid equip- ment in different voltage levels is conceived in different stages. The reconstruction investment is preliminarily estimated, and the expected objectives and effectiveness are set.
