摘要
本文研究Ti C颗粒对AZ91D镁合金微弧氧化过程及膜层性能的影响,采用电化学法分析膜层断面形貌、相结构和耐蚀性,并与未加Ti C颗粒的膜层进行对比分析。结果表明:微弧氧化电压会随着时间的增加而逐渐增加,最后趋于最大值保持不变;随着Ti C颗粒浓度的增加,膜层中Ti C的含量也增加,膜层的颜色加深,膜层的致密性增加。
This paper studied the effects of TiC particles on the micro arc oxidation process of AZ91D mag- nesium alloy, the method of electrochemical analysis was used to analyzed the film morphology, phase struc- ture and corrosion resistance, and compared with the coating without TiC particles. The results showed that the oxidation voltage will increase with time and finally tends to maximum value unchanged; with the in- crease of TiC concentration, TiC content in the film increases, the film color deepened, the compactness of the coatings increases.
