摘要
详细介绍了超快速缓冲防离析分叉式新型串管的制作工艺,并结合津湾广场9号楼项目实际情况,总结了使用新型串管浇筑大底板的施工工序、场平布置及产生的效益;针对大体积混凝土水化热较大,容易引起内部开裂这一特点,引进自动测温技术,并从配合比、双掺技术等方面对比分析了温控措施的有效性。
This paper introduces the ultra fast buffer against segregation fork new type string pipe production process, and in combination with the practical situation of Tianjin Bay Square building No. 9 project, summarizes the use of new type string pipe casting big construction process, a flat layout of floor and the production efficiency. For mass concrete hydration heat is bigger, it is easy to cause the internal crack, automatic temperature measurement technology is used, and the effectiveness of the temperature control measures is analyzed from the perspectives of mix proportion, the double mixing technology.
