摘要
津湾广场9号楼液压爬模系统为可分段爬升式液压爬模;施工过程中存在工期紧、协调专业多、异型结构多、高空作业危险性大等诸多难题。通过埋件冲突检查、爬升规划优化、架体分段流水爬升,爬模改爬架等多项技术、措施的应用,大幅缩短了施工工期,减少了资源占用量,提高了爬模架体的可操作性,降低了安全事故率。
Hydraulic climbing system of No. 9 building of Jinwan Plaza is subsection step-up mode. During the construction period, there are many difficuhies such as tight working period, more difference type structure, more dangerous high altitude operation. It greatly shorten the construction period, reduce the resources occupancy, increase the maneuverability, and reduce the safety accidents through the conflict checking, climbing optimization, the frame body section to water climb, crawl mode changing to climbing frame, ect.
