随着国家提出文化强国战略,大力推动文化旅游产业发展,宗教文化产业项目越来越受到重视。以普陀山观音圣坛外立面艺术建造为载体,通过深入剖析系统建造过程中技术、管理的重点、难点,介绍总承包单位通过整合优势价值链、BIM、VR协同设计、供应链采购集成化、计划模块化、数控工厂化生产等一系列创新管理方法,满足项目设计、采购、施工、创意、策划的需求。

As the country puts forward the strategy of cultural power, vigorously promotes the development of cultural tourism industry, and the religious cultural industry project is more and more emphasized. Based on the construction of the facade art of Kwan-in altars in Putuo mountain, and through in-depth analysis of the key points and difficulties of technology and management during the construction of the system, this paper introduces the overall contractors by integrating advantages of value chain, BIM, VR integration, collaborative design , supply chain purchasing plan modular, numerical control factory production and a series of innovative management methods, to meet the project design, procurement, construction, ideas, planning requirements.
