乳腺原发性印戒细胞癌临床病理学特征和生存分析——基于SEER数据库的回顾性研究
摘要
目的分析乳腺原发性印戒细胞癌临床病理学特征和生存情况。方法利用seerstat软件从美国SEER（the Surveillance，Epidemiology，and EndResults）数据库中筛选病例。结果共筛选出315124例乳腺癌患者，包括80例SRCC和315044例非特殊类型浸润性导管癌。与IDC相比，SRCC患者确诊时年龄偏大、淋巴结转移者较多、病理分期较差、肿瘤组织学分级偏高。生存分析提示SRCC患者疾病特异性生存率较IDC患者差。结论乳腺原发性印戒细胞癌具有独特的临床病理学特征，预后相对较差。
