工匠精神视域下提高学生职业素养的路径研究

随着我国社会经济水平的不断发展,对于人才的需求量也在不断增加。现当代的优秀人才,不但要具备专业性的知识和能力,更要注重对于人才职业素质的培养,因此在我国的教育过程中,对于学生的职业素养培养显得愈发重要。工匠精神是我国传统文化中的优良精神,通过对学生进行工匠精神的教育,可以更好地为学生职业素养培养作出贡献。

With the ongoing improvement of social and economic level in our country, the demand for talents is increasing. Modern and contemporary talents should not only have professional knowledge and ability but give more attention the cultivation of professional quality; therefore, the cultivation of professional accomplishment for students becomes more important in the education process in our country. Craftsman spirit is the excellent spirit in traditional Chinese culture. The education on students＇ craftsman spirit can make contribution to the cultivation of their professional accomplishment.
