高校隐性思想政治教育的供给质量提升分析

Analysis of Improving the Supplying Quality of College Covert Education in Ideology and Politics

高校隐性思政教育具有丰富性、渗透性、实践性和灵活性等特点,能够极大促进大学生思想品德的培养和提高、形成正确的三观。但是当前高校隐性思政教育的供给方面存在教育资源开发表面化、教育过程形式化等问题,严重影响教育效果。如何提升高校隐性思政教育的供给质量,切实增强其实效性成为当前思政教育工作重中之重。通过论述高校隐性思政教育供给资源的主客观层面,分析高校具备高质量供给资源的重要性,并提出提升其供给质量的建议。

Education has the characteristics of richness, permeability, practicality and flexibility, which can greatly promote the cultivation and improvement of ideological morality as well as the formation of correct three views on the part of college students. However, the higher covert education in ideology and politics has such problems in its supplying aspect as superficial education resource development, formalized education process and so on, which seriously affects the education effect. In this sense, it has become the top priority for education in ideology and politics to improve the supply quality of covert education as well as to improve its effectiveness. This paper, by discussing the subjective and objective aspects of the supplying resources of college covert education, analyzes the importance of acquiring high-quality supplying resources and puts forward some suggestions on improving the supplying quality.
