作为学校历史发展的缩影和学校杰出人物的记录,高校人物档案具有丰富的人文精神与思想内涵。而校园文化又是高校全体员工共同创造并传承的所有物质成果与精神成果总和,对于学生来说具有较强的育人功能。从本质属性上来看,高校人物档案属于校园文化建设中的重要资源,那么,我们就应该充分利用高校人物档案来发挥其在校园文化功能中的育人作用,让其树立信念、弘扬传统并进而催人奋发。

As the epitome of historical d＇evelopment and the record of ~utstanding characters of a school, college character files possess rich humanistic spirit and ideological connotation. Campus culture, as the sum of all material achievements and spiritual achievements jointly created and inherited by all the staff of a university, has a strong educating function for students. In nature, college character files belong to the important resources of campus culture construction. In this sense, we should make full use of the cultivation function of character files in campus culture education, making them establish faiths, carry forward the tradition and thus encourage and inspire people.
