大学生心理危机防范快速反应机制及教育对策研究

Rapid Response Mechanism of Preventing College Students' Psychological Crisis and Educational Countermeasures

随着我国社会的不断发展与进步,人们生活质量在提高的同时也出现了更多的压力。尤其是对当代大学生而言,由于将来要面对就业、生存、成家等各种问题,导致很多大学生出现了不同程度的心理落差,这种心理落差如果没有及时得到有效疏导,会埋下巨大的心理健康隐患,导致心理危机的发生。有关学校应当深刻意识到大学生心理危机的严重性,积极采取有效措施加以防范,因此,就心理危机的主要影响因素进行分析,并对大学生心理危机防范快速反应机制的构建与教育对策进行深入研究。

With the continuous development and progress of our society, people experience more pressure while improving their life quality. Especially for contemporary college students, they will face various problems like employment, survival, and getting married and so on, which leads to different levels of psychological gap which will leave huge psychological health hazards and cause the occurrence of psychological crisis if not effectively guided on time. The schools concerned should be deeply aware of the seriousness of the college students＇ psychological crisis, actively take effective measures to prevent it. In this sense, this paper analyzes the main factors of influencing psychological crisis, and makes further research on the construction of the quick response mechanism to prevent college students＇ psychological crisis and the educational countermeasures.
