With the continuous development of the world economic model, the economic mode of global labor division has been deepening into all walks of life in the global economy. The traditional multilateral trading system and investment rules of international trade face serious challenges, and regional economic integration also presents new features. In the process of new regional economic integration development, the correct understanding from the perspective of global value chain has an important influence on the position of global value chain, the foreign trade and economic development and the improvement ot the opening level ot regional foreign trade.
