随着我国人才就业市场竞争越来越激烈,很多大学生对于未来职业发展比较迷茫,失去信心,面对这样的发展情况,我国李克强提出了全新的发展理念"大众创业、万众创新",这一理念的提出,无疑是为高职院校指明了新的发展方向。因此,"如何更好地培养大学生的创业能力"应是高职院校目前工作的重点内容,根据高职大学生创业能力培养的重要意义,分析目前高职大学生能力培养现状,并结合当前发展形势,提出了相关培养策略。

Along with the job market in our country becomes increasingly competitive, many college students get more confused and less confidence for the future career development. Facing such development conditions, Li Keqiang proposes the brand new development concept ＂mass entreprenettrship and innovation＂ which points out the new direction for the development of higher vocational institutes. Therefore, how to better cultivate college students＇ entrepreneurship should be the focus of the current job content in higher vocational colleges. This paper states the significance of cultivating higher vocational college students＇ entrepreneurial abilities, analyzes the present situation of cultivating higher vocational college students, and puts forward the relevant training strategic by combining with the current development situation.
