摘要
师德是学校发展的灵魂及核心,针对当前高校师德师风近况及存在的问题,从内部因素和外部因素对加强当前高校师德建设提出几点建议。
Ethics is the soul and the core of development for school. This paper, in view of the current situation and existing problems in the college teachers＇ ethics construction, puts forward some suggestions ort strengthening college teachers＇ ethics construction from internal factors and external factors.
