摘要
以影片《放牛班的春天》展开对暴力教育方式、家庭教育缺失引发的问题及学生自主学习转变问题进行思考。结合实际教学管理困惑,并试图探索其原因及解决方案。得出以人本主义思想为指导,在尊重、平等和聆听的基础上形成的家庭、学校、社会三种教育模式相互合作是有利于每个孩子身心发展的良性教育循环模式。在此基础上,承认学生的差异智能并鼓励其发挥特长、增长自信是良性教育循环得以实现的关键。
The film The Choir Boys triggers thinking on such problems like violence education, lack of family education and the change of students' autonomous learning. This paper tries to explore the causes and solutions by considering the actual bewilderment in teaching management, and puts forward the benign education cycle model that is conducive to each child' physical and psychological development, and is guided by humanistic thoughts and formed on the basis of respect, equality and listening through the mutual cooperation of the three education models on family, school and social. On the basis of this, the key to realize the benign education is to recognize students' differences in intelligence and to encourage them to play their special strengths and to grow self-confidence.
