摘要 科技的进步促进了社会多个产业形态的有效融合,同时也促成了行业本身的转型。传统行业发展壁垒被打破,线上线下互动成为社会经济进步的主流形态。同时,以O2O为核心的线上线下教育模式在高校人才培养中应用广泛,并在高校教育中占据十分重要的地位,从而有效促进教育互动,提升学生自主学习地位,凸显较强的人本性和进步性。以高校工商管理专业为例,来深入研究基于线上线下共融的高校学生自主学习能力开发机制,促进高校育人目标的实现。 The progress of science and technology has promoted the effective integration of various industries in the society, and has also contributed to the transformation of the industry itself. Traditional industry development barriers have been broken, and online and offline interaction has become the mainstream form in social and economic progress. At the same time, the education model of online and offline with 020 as the core has been widely applied in college talent cultivation. This education model occupies an important position in higher education because it can effectively promote education interaction and students' status in autonomous learning, highlights the strong humanism and progressiveness. This paper, taking the college business administration major as an example, studies ability development mechanism on college students' autonomous learning based on online and offline integration, and promotes the realization of the goal of educating people.
