摘要
给出了一种在SolidWorks中实现阿基米德蜗轮精确建模的方法。采用沿轨迹扫描切除造型方法建立蜗轮滚刀三维模型,再通过VBA编程实现蜗轮滚刀和蜗轮毛坯间的范成运动,并进行布尔差运算来模拟蜗轮滚刀对蜗轮毛坯的切削过程,从而形成精确的蜗轮齿形。
This paper presents a method to realize the precise modeling of Archimedes worm wheel in SolidWorks. The 3Dmodel of worm gear hob is established using the method of trajectory scanning and resection. Then the generating motionbetween the worm gear hob and worm gear blank is achieved by the VBA programming. The Boolean difference arithmetic isused to simulate the cutting process of worm gear hob. So an accurate worm gear is formed.
