摘要
研究一种可折叠桌子的加工制作,依据每组桌腿与一根钢筋相连接,在桌子由长方形平板逐渐折叠成桌子的动态过程中,根据客户设定的不同参数要求建立数学模型,利用解析几何知识和多目标进化算法得到多目标优化模型的非劣解关系式等方法,得到相对较优设计加工参数的集合,确定其最优加工参数,如桌腿木条开槽的位置、槽长度等,完成平板桌的个性化设计目标。
The processing of a folding table is analyzed. According to the connection of each group of table legs withasteel bar, the mathematical model is established according to the different parameters set by the customer in the processof gradually folding the table from the rectangular plate into the table. The analytic geometry knowledge and the multi-objective evolutionary algorithm are used to obtain the non-inferior solution relation of the multi-objective optimizationmodel. This paper obtains optimal design parameters such as the position of the groove, slot length. The personalizedtable design goals is completed.
