摘要
基于磁阻式磁力联轴器的结构特性和传动原理,提出了一种新型磁阻式永磁磁力联轴器,其具有体积小、传动转速高、自动保护等优点。从磁场能量的角度,给出了该磁力联轴器的传递转矩原理。运用有限元分析得到结果:转子在静力学分析下最大变形为0.000 265 mm,在不超过一阶临界转速下所能达到的最高转速为15 240 r/min。该分析结果对于磁阻式永磁磁力联轴器其他动力学性能的研究具有一定的指导性意义。
Based on the structural characteristics and transmission principle of magnetic resistance magnetic coupling,this paper proposes a new type of permanent magnet magnetic coupling, which has the advantages of small volume, hightransmission speed and automatic protection. From the angle of magnetic field energy, the principle of transmissiontorque of the magnetic coupling is given. The results of finite element analysis show that the maximum deformation of therotor is 0.000 265mm under the static analysis, and the maximum speed can reach the maximum speed 15240r/min of notmore than the first critical speed. The results of this study have some guiding significance to the study of the otherdynamic properties of the reluctance permanent magnetic coupling.
