摘要
基于声学振动系统和电学电路的振荡过程可用相同类型的微分方程来描述,通过变量间的类比关系,应用MATLAB/SIMULINK建立实验室内2D-90MG-2.5/1.5型空气联合压缩机实验机的出口管系的电学模型,进而得到管系的气柱固有频率,并且与有限元分析方法结果进行对比分析。验证电学模拟方法计算压缩机管道系统气柱固有频率是可行而且简单的。
The oscillation process based on acoustic vibration system and electrical circuit can be described by the sametype of differential equation. Based on the analogy between variables, the electrical model of the export piping system of2D-90MG-2.5 / 1.5 air compressor is established by MATLAB / SIMULINK, and the natural frequency of the air columnis obtained. The results are compared with the results of finite element analysis. This analysis proves that it is feasibleand simple to calculate the natural frequency of the air column of the compressor pipeline system by the electricalsimulation method.
