摘要
文中提出了一种基于驱动约束的刀轴优化方法。对于存在突变的初始刀具轨迹,首先选择出其中的代表性刀轴矢量,对其调整使不发生干涉碰撞,并确定其可行域;之后利用角速度最小化方法,对初始刀轴矢量进行光顺;最后根据仿真实验,证明该优化方法确实可以减小驱动轴的角速度、角加速度的突变,获得光顺的刀具轨迹。
A novel method based on the drive constraints for tool orientation optimization is proposed in this paper. As to theoriginal tool path where tool orientation suffer from drastic change, some representative tool orientation are picked out, thefeasible regions are determined under the condition of collision avoidance. Then the tool path is optimized by the angularvelocity minimization method. Experiment proves that a smooth tool path can be acquired by the proposed method
