摘要
磁力联轴器结构简单,传动效率高,应用广泛,对其传动特性的分析研究有着重要意义。文中依据电磁感应原理,提出一种双面气隙双层实心的电磁感应式磁力联轴器结构,运用Ansoft Maxwell软件建立有限元分析计算模型,进行静磁场分析,并针对影响传递转矩的永磁铁磁极对数、永磁铁厚度、气隙厚度、内转子外层厚度等结构参数进行数值分析,得出各结构参数对磁力联轴器传递性能的影响规律,丰富了磁力传动的理论与应用,为磁力联轴器的结构优化提供了理论基础。
The magnetic coupling has the advantages of simple structure, high transmission efficiency and wideapplication. Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, an electromagnetic induction magnetic couplingstructure with double-gap and double-layer solid is presented.And this paper uses Ansoft Maxwell software to establishthe finite element analysis model, and its static magnetic field analysis is given. The structural parameters of thepermanent magnet pole, the thickness of the permanent magnet, the thickness of the inner rotor and the outer rotorthickness are analyzed according to the influence of transmission torque,and the influence of each structural parameteron the performance of magnetic coupling is obtained.It enriches the theory and application of magnetic transmission,provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the structure of magnetic coupling.
