摘要
根据整体叶轮的零件图样,文中分析了叶轮结构,确定叶轮的加工内容和加工要求。设计了叶轮加工工艺路线,选用合适的毛坯、刀具和夹具,编制了叶轮的五轴铣削程序,完成了叶轮加工,阐述了叶轮类零件的一般加工过程。
According to the draft of impeller, the impeller structure is analyzed, and the processing content andprocessing requirements of the impeller are determined. The impeller machining process is designed. The appropriateblank, cutting tool and fixture are selected. The five-axis milling program and the impeller machining are completed.This paper expounds the impeller parts machining process in general.
