摘要
传动滚筒是带式输送机传动机构中的关键机构,对其性能研究具有重要的工程应用价值。通过对滚筒在工作状态的力学模型分析,得出其表面受力规律与所需圆周驱动力数值。运用Solid Works软件绘制出筒体的三维模型,再将其导入ANSYS Workbench分析软件中对其进行静力学仿真求解,获得传动滚筒在受力状态下其等效应力、应变云图分布的情况,为工程研发人员提供了传动滚筒机构科学的理论优化方法。
The drive roller is the key mechanism in the transmission mechanism of belt conveyor, and it has importantengineering application value for its performance research. Through the analysis of the mechanical model of the workingstate of the drum, the surface stress law and the required circumferential driving force are obtained. The three-dimensional model of the cylinder is built using SolidWorks software, and then it is simulated using ANSYS Workbenchsoftware. The equivalent stress and strain cloud distribution of the drive drum are obtained to provide optimizationmethod of the drive drum mechanism.
