High-resolution magnetic resonance imaging in evaluating intracranial aortic atherosclerosis

摘要 颅内大动脉粥样硬化是缺血性脑卒中发生的最主要危险因素。高分辨率磁共振成像(HR-MRI)是一种评价活体内动脉粥样硬化斑块及动脉管壁的有效手段,具有分辨率高、敏感性高、可重复性等优点,这对脑卒中的复发风险分层及指导临床治疗具有重要意义。本文就HR-MRI在评估颅内大动脉粥样硬化中的作用概括如下。 Intracranial aortic atherosclerosis is the main risk factor for ischemic cerebral stroke. High-resolution magnetic resonance imaging (HR-MRI) is an effective measurement for evaluating and observing the composition of intracranial atherosclerotic plaques and vascular wall in-vivo with high resolution, high sensibility and repeatability. HR-MRI is of great significance to recurrent risk stratification and clinical treatments of this common and serious disease.
