百年来我国图书馆馆长任职资格的探讨与实践

Discussion and Practice of the Qualifications for Chinese Library Directors in Recent Hundred Years

图书馆馆长是图书馆事业的核心要素,关于其任职资格的探讨与实践伴随着我国图书馆事业的发展始终。20世纪初至今,图书馆学者们就这一问题不断进行探究,国家的相关政策法规中也不同程度地进行了要求或规定。民国时期,学界和官方已经对图书馆馆长应该具备图书馆专业知识和工作经验达成了共识。近年来我国关于这一问题的研究主要集中在图书馆馆长的图书馆学专业素养和任职形式等方面。

Libraiy director is the core factor of library enterprise. The discussion and practice of the qualifi-cations for library directors accompanied the development of Chinese librarianship. Since the beginning of twentieth Century 7 the library scholars had taken continual research on this issue, and director？ s requirements were stipulated in the country？ s policies and regulations in varying degrees. During the Period of the Republican China, the academ-ic circle and officials had reached a consensus that library directors needed to possess library professional knowledge and work experience. In recent years, the research of library director’ s qualifications focuses on library director’ s professional quality of library science and sei＇vice form.
