摘要
为适应双螺杆泵螺旋面数控车削的需求,将径向进刀量作为一个输入参数来计算双头Ω型双螺杆的轴截面坐标,保证数控车削中径向进刀量相等,并可以根据不同径向进刀量来计算轴截面坐标。通过实验验证了该方法在双头Ω型双螺杆螺旋面数控车削中得到了切实有效的应用。该计算方法可以推广应用到其他螺杆的数控车削中。
This paper puts forward the calculation method of omega type twins screw axial-section profile used for NC turning machining. With the input parameter of radial feeding, the method can calculate the corresponding axialsection profile, which the x-coordinate points are uniformly-spaced. The test result show the method is feasible.Moreover, the calculation method can also be used in NC turning machining of other similar screws.
