摘要
道岔尖轨会随着温度的变化发生热胀冷缩,即相对于基本轨产生伸缩位移,道岔号码越大、越靠近尖轨尖端伸缩量越大。哈大高铁的62号道岔是我国自主研制的最大号码道岔,当尖轨伸缩时,会带动表示杆移动,位移量大到一定程度就会造成转辙机表示杆卡缺口故障。针对该故障,通过对表示杆位移的计算分析,提出优化表示杆折弯方案。经试验验证,改进措施可满足缺口要求,消除了因尖轨伸缩造成的卡缺口故障。
The switch tongue will extend and shrink with the temperature variation, i.e. having telescopicdisplacement relative to the basic rail, the greater turnout number and the more close to the switch tonguetip, the greater amount of expansion. Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway turnout No. 62 is the largestturnout independently developed in China, when the turnout tongue takes place expansion, it will drive theindication rod to move, large displacement to a certain extent will cause the switch machine indication gapfault. According to the calculation and analysis of the displacement of the indication rod, the paper proposesan optimized rod bending scheme. The test shows that the scheme can meet the technical requirements ofthe gap, to eliminate the switch machine indication gap fault.
