北京市城乡结合部环境问题研究

Study on the Environmental Problems in Urban-rural Integrated Areas of Beijing

近年来,城乡结合部地区在城市化加速的推动下迅速发展,与此同时,问题与矛盾也日益突出,已经成为城市发展过程中需要关注的焦点区域。本文以北京市城乡结合部地区环境问题作为研究对象,分别从体制、规划、人口、思想、执法等五方面分析其产生的原因,建议正视城乡结合部的存在,切实研究与解决环境问题,从而保障城乡结合部地区可持续发展。

In recent years,the urban-rural fringe zone has been developing rapidly with the acceleration of urbanization. At the same time,the problems and contradictions have become increasingly prominent. This area has become a new focus in the process of urban development. Taking Beijing urban-rural fringe zone environmental problems as the research object,analyzes its reasons from the system,planning,population,ideology,law enforcement and other five aspects,proposes to the urban-rural fringe zone,earnestly study and solve environmental problems,so as to ensure its sustainable development.
