需求为本视角下社会工作专业人才培养策略研究——以北京市为例

Research onthe Training Strategy for Social Work Talents from Need-oriented Prospective

培养社会工作专业人才,必须了解社会工作行业对社会工作专业能力的需求,必须了解专业学生的成长规律和学习需求。本文运用问卷调查法,选取43家行业机构以及128名学生作为调查对象,基于数据分析,指出社会工作专业本科教育应该注重加强社会工作价值观的培养和引导,注重符合学生的成长规律和学习需求,兼顾行业人才需求与学生学习需求,加强培养社会工作专业应有的专业能力。只有这样,专业教育才能培养出合格的社会工作者,也才能满足未来社会建设和服务的需要。

To develop social work professionals,we must understand the needs of professional ability of social work institutions and the growth characteristics and learning demand of students.This paper,through questionnaire survey,selects 43 professional institutions and 128 students as the investigation object.Based on the data analysis this paper points out that social work undergraduate education should strengthen the values of social work training and guidance,focus on meeting the needs of the students’learning and growth,take into account the industrial and students’needs,strengthen the training of professional ability for social work undergraduates.Only in this way can we train qualified social workers and be competent for the future of social construction and service needs.
