摘要 测定了红松子油的总还原力、二苯基苦基肼自由基(DPPH·)的清除能力和羟基自由基(·OH)的清除能力。结果表明:红松子油的总还原力较弱,质量分数为50%时吸光度为0.211,远低于对照组抗坏血酸的还原力。红松子油对DPPH·和·OH清除能力相对显著,对DPPH·的清除率略高于·OH,红松子油质量浓度在500 g/L以上时对二者清除率可达到100%,拮抗剂的半抑制质量浓度(IC50)分别为22.05~23.69、13.74~13.74 g/L。红松子油的体外清除自由基能力较强。 The in vitro antioxidant activity of Pinus koraiensis seed oil was studied,the total reducing power of P. koraiensis seed oil was determined,and the scavenging ability of DPPH·,and the ability to remove hydroxyl groups were determined.The total reducing power of P. koraiensis seed oil was weak,and the absorbance at 50% content was 0. 211,which was much lower than that of control group. DPPH·,and ·OH scavenging ability was more significant,the DPPH· clearance rate was slightly higher than that of the ·OH. The concentration above 500 g/L of P. koraiensis seed oil on the two clearance rate reached 100%,and IC50 of two were 22.05-23.69 g/L and 13.74-13.74 g/L,respectively. Therefore,the ability of in vitro scavenging free radicals of P. koraiensis seed oil was significant.
