基于行动者网络理论的街区保护与旅游利用——以青岛小鱼山历史文化街区为例

District Protection and Tourism Utilization Based on Actor Network Theory——Takingthe Historic and Cultural District of Xiao-yu Hill as an Example

近年来,历史文化街区的保护与利用问题受到了学者们的广泛关注,诸多学者采用了多种理论开展了卓有成效的研究。行动者网络理论通过关注行动者和网络之间的并置和相互作用过程,揭示网络构建的动力与模式,已成为旅游开发行动中的有效分析方法。基于行动者网络理论,梳理小鱼山历史文化街区保护与旅游利用中存在的问题、各行动者间的利益关系,进而提出小鱼山街区保护与旅游利用的具体思路与模式。

In recent years, the protection and development of the historical cultural conservation districts has become the focus of the scholars, and many of them has means of types of theories. Actor-network Theory reveals the impetus and the pattern in the network construction through paying attention to the juxtaposition and the interactive and actors. It has become an effective analysis method of tourism development. Based on ANT, this pa-per discusses the problems in the protection and utilization of the historical district of xiao-yu Hill andthe interest relations among various actors. Furthermore,the concrete ideas and tion and tourism utilization of the historical district of xiao-yu Hill are put forward.
