摘要
高职院校教师绩效评价环境包括制度环境和文化环境,制度环境需从授课工作量和教学质量、科研工作、管理服务工作及师德方面进行优化;文化环境需从民主参与、工作机会和协同支持等方面加以完善,藉此举措以提高高职院校教师绩效和评价工作效能。
Evaluation environment of vocational college teachers7 performance includes institutional environment and cultural environment. Institutional environment should be optimized from the aspects of teaching quantity and quality, scientific research work, management and servof teachers. Cultural environment should be improved from the aspects of job opportunities, support for synergy, and so on, in order to improve the teachers7 performance and evaluation efficiency.
