主题式案例教学在幼儿教师培训中的应用

摘要 幼儿教师的素质直接影响到幼儿教育的质量。实践证明,幼儿教师培训是提高幼儿教师素质的必要而又有效的途径。反观现有的幼儿教师培训模式,主题式案例教学已成为最受幼儿教师欢迎、最得幼儿教师喜爱的培训方法之一。在幼儿教师培训中,运用主题式案例教学要以问题为主线,明确培训主题;以主题为统领,精选培训案例;以案例为抓手,激发培训热情;以"互联网+"为助力,丰富培训形式;以教育实践为落脚点,确保培训效果。 The quality of kindergarten teachers directly affects the quality of early childhood education.Practice has proved that preschool teacher training is the necessary and effective way to improve thequality of kindergarten teachers. In the existing kindergarten teacher training,themed case teaching hasbecome one of the most popular training methods for kindergarten teachers. In kindergarten teacher training,the thematic case teaching should take the problem as the main line,specify the training theme;using thetheme as the guideline,select the training case;using the case as the starting point,stimulate the trainingenthusiasm;using“Internet+”as the aid,enrich the training forms;taking education practice as thefoothold,ensure the training effect.
