高职高专审计专业应用型人才培养探析——以淄博师范高等专科学校为例

Probe into the Training of Applied Talents in Audit Major in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Zibo Normal College as an Example

审计作为社会经济监督的重要组成部分,在监督经济运行、维护经济秩序、促进经济增长方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。然而当前审计专业人才培养质量与市场需求还存在一定差距。本文在审计应用型人才培养特征的基础上,以淄博师专为例总结了当前高职高专审计专业人才培养现状和问题,探索完善高职高专审计专业应用型人才培养的途径和对策,以期增强人才培养质量,促进高职高专审计专业的建设和发展。

As an important part of social and economic supervision,audit plays an increasingly important role in supervising economic operation,maintaining economic order and promoting economic growth.However,there are still some distance between the current quality of auditing talents training and marketdemand. On the basis of the characteristics of auditing applied talents training,the paper takes ZiboNormal College as an example to summarize the present situation and problems of the audit applied talentstraining in higher vocational colleges,explore the ways and measures to improve audit applied talentstraining in higher vocational colleges,hoping to enhance the quality of talents training and promote theconstruction and development of audit major in higher vocational colleges.
