“90后”大学生入党动机偏差及矫正路径探析

采用问卷调查的方式,对"90后"大学生入党动机的现状进行调查,剖析影响"90后"大学生入党动机偏差的因素。结果显示,"90后"大学生入党意愿较为强烈,入党动机呈现多元化。高校党务工作者须转变教育观念,创新教育模式,加强队伍建设,进一步提高素质能力水平。

This paper investigates the current situation of post-90s college students ＇motivation to jointhe party in the form of questionnaire survey,and analyzes the factors that lead to the deviation of theirmotivation. The results show that post-90s college students have strong will to join the party,and divers-ified motivation. The Party workers in colleges and universities should change their educational concepts,innovate the educational model,strengthen the team construction,and further improve their quality andability.
