摘要 随着消费者对车内环境的要求不断提高,车内挥发性有机化合物(VOC)已成为消费者和汽车企业关注的焦点。车用材料VOC的客观、快速、无损检测是解决车内VOC问题的关键核心技术。本文利用光离子化检测器(PID)和自主设计的VOC采集装置组成的便携式电子鼻设备快速分析待测产品的VOC散发量,经设备中搭载的传感器分析计算,给出待测样品中VOC的实时浓度,从而实现车用材料VOC的客观、在线、无损检测。通过考察加热时间对温度的影响以及校准电子鼻设备,保证了VOC测试结果的一致性。 With the increasing attentions of consumers on the in-vehicle environment, volatile organic compounds (VOC)in the vehicle have become the focus of consumers and automobile companies. The key to solve the problem is how to detect the in-vehicle VOC concentration in an objective, rapid and non-destructive way. In this paper, a portable electronic nose equipment consisting of a photon ionization detector (PID) and a self-designed VOC acquisition device is used to quickly analyze the amount of VOC emitted from the tested products. According to the gas sensor loaded in the equipment, the VOC concentration of the tested sample is given, achievingthe objective, real-time, non-destructive detection and analysis of VOC in automotive materials. By examining the impact of heating time on the temperature and calibration of the equipment, the electronic nose has a good consistency of the VOC detection results.
