摘要
为满足企业节约成本的可持续发展战略及用户简洁化的使用需求,开发一种新型膜厚检测系统,利用固体激光测量系统,对汽车涂层进行在线、非接触式的检测。可以在线实时检测车身涂层的膜厚,不破坏涂层。此系统区别传统膜厚检测系统:节拍更快,系统拓扑更简单,测量功能适应性更强,设备投资及运行成本更低。
In order to meet the needs of cost save,strategy of sustainable development, concise use, we developed a new film thicknessdetecting system, use solid laser Measurement System, to measure the film thickness online and non-contact. This system support online measurement, can measure the film thickness without break the coating at any time. It is different from the tradition system, It has advantage onproduction of more high capacity, have simple system expansion, have more measurement capabilities, low one time investment and low running cost.
