摘要
商科专业是实践性很强的专业,学生必须经过大量的实践才能完成知识的转化。借鉴国外发达国家高等职业教育的经验,本文利用Kolb提出的学习周期理论对工学交替的设计给予有效的指导,设计4+4+4+16的工学交替模式并在S高职商科专业进行实践推广并得到较好的效果评价,学生将实践经验在课堂转换运用,提高了专业课程的学习效果。
Business program is highly practical,and the transfer of knowledge for the students depends on a large amount of practical training. To learn from the experiences of developed countries,this paper introduces a 4+4+4+16 working and study alternation mode on the basis of Kolb learning cycle theory. This mode is applied in Business majors of S Higher Vocational College and gets a positive performance result,as the practical experience is beneficial to the learning of classroom knowledge.
